A word From the Owner

It has been over 22 years since I started the company, this year I asked myself what was I thinking when I started out? I would have to say, the goal was to start a customs brokerage which would provide a higher level of service in regards to customs clearance services at a fair price. We aim to provide all clients with an accurate customs clearance and to eliminate possible penalties that may be levied at a later stage by the New Zealand Customs and Border Protection Service.

I had wished to have a brokerage which was fresh in its approach to the customer, to be proactive in regards to customs compliance, to possess old fashioned qualities such as looking after the customer and to always appreciate that without the customer the company would cease to exist.

Whether you and I meet during the year in your home town or at a trade fair, we have the same goal – the goal to do business with someone we respect. I love the work that I get to do each day, whether it is clearing diamonds from India, live fish from South East Asia or solar panels from China – at the end of the day, money is not the factor that I am in business – I am in business because this is what I do best.
