Call 0800 166 716Is the customs clearance quote free?
Yes. Your quote is free and obligation-free. You only commit once you are happy with the costing and choose Platinum® as your customs broker.
What if I have not bought my goods yet?
That is the best time to ask for a quote. Attach your supplier's proforma invoice and we will flag any duty, MPI or paperwork issues before you pay a deposit.
What file types can I upload?
You can upload JPG, GIF, PNG or PDF files, up to 50 MB each and a maximum of five files.
Do I need an NZBN to get a quote?
No. An NZBN (New Zealand Business Number) is only needed if you are importing for a business. Individuals can leave this field blank.
Can I get a quote for a parcel held by NZ Post?
Yes. Choose Parcel Post as the clearance type and attach your NZ Post letter with the invoice, and we can process the clearance the same day.
When will I hear back?
A Platinum® broker reviews quote requests during business hours, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm. If your shipment is urgent, call 0800 166 716.
