Frequently Asked Questions – Track Your Shipment
Why is my vessel or voyage not showing a result?
Double-check the IMO number and voyage number against your booking confirmation. If the details are correct and no result appears, the voyage may not yet be listed in the shipping line’s system, or it may have already been completed. Contact our team for the latest status.
How often is this information updated
Schedule data is provided directly by the shipping line and updates as the vessel’s position and port schedule change. It is not managed or edited by Platinum® Freight Management.
Does this show when my cargo will be released?
No. This tool tracks the vessel only. Customs clearance, quarantine inspection, and cargo release are separate processes handled by our brokerage team. Contact us for a status update on clearance.
I don't have my IMO number, what should I do
Check your bill of lading, booking confirmation, or shipping advice email. If you still can’t locate it, contact our team, and we’ll look it up for you.
